Clause of participation with us as a trainer within our trainers team

• AskMonther has the right to use your name in advertising the agreed-upon course(s) within promotional and marketing advertisements.

• You must adhere to the agreed-upon course date announced on our website and ensure that the course starts on time.

• Commitment to delivering the complete course curriculum within the agreed-upon duration of the course, to meet the expectations and goals of the trainees.

• If you are unable to deliver the course for any reason, you must notify us in writing via email with sufficient notice of at least one week before the course date so that we can inform the participants and apologize to them in a timely manner.

• The evaluation of trainees is a key and very important factor in assessing you as a trainer and your continued presence with the team.

• The AskMonther team is required to provide all necessary technical and logistical support before and during the course delivery. Please contact us and notify us well in advance of the course start date if you wish to share training files with the participants to prepare them and send links to download these files to the trainees before the first day of the training course.

• You are not allowed to share the names and information of the trainees with any party or on any website or online platform. This is considered a violation of the company's rights and the rights of the participants, and it is against the law, exposing you to legal liability.

• Commitment to self-control and dealing with trainees with courtesy, and directing any problems or obstacles that affect the course's progress correctly to our team to work on resolving the issue or obstacles as quickly as possible, without conflicting with the esteemed ethical value of the trainer and the values of our company.

• All the conditions mentioned above and other specific conditions will be sent in a special file for the trainer to sign the training contract with our company.
