General Terms and Conditions

  • Upon completing the registration process for the training course, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the payment process.

  • The registration is not considered final until the payment process is completed electronically.

  • After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment invoice.

  • All participants will receive attendance certificates for the training courses, provided that their attendance rate is not less than 80% of the training days.

  • Participants are contacted via email to inform them of the access link to the training course through the video service, as well as links to download training materials (if the course requires training materials).

Terms of attending our courses held live online

  • The trainee must provide a microphone and camera throughout the course period as this helps increase interaction and communication between the trainer and the trainees.

  • The trainee must provide two screens, one to follow the trainer's explanation step by step, and the second screen to work on the program step by step with the trainer.

  • It is not permitted to use a mobile phone to follow the trainer's screen (preferably a screen of at least 12 inches).

  • The trainee must install the program required for the course and ensure that it is working before the start of the course.

  • The AskMonther team uploads the course files (video files, audio, images) to implement and follow up on the training course projects and sends a link to download the files via email to each trainee 48 hours before the start of the course. The trainee must ensure that the files are downloaded before the start of the course.

  • If the trainee does not commit to implementing the tasks required of him during the course, the trainee will be deprived of obtaining a course completion certificate.

  • The trainee has the right to be absent for only one day of the course days, and in the event of absence for more than one day, the course will be cancelled and its value will not be refunded.

  • The AskMonther team has the right to modify or postpone the date of one or more lectures due to circumstances beyond their control, provided that trainees are notified by e-mail in sufficient time.

  • Upon completion of the course, a link will be sent to evaluate the course and the trainer. You must ensure that the evaluation is completed.

  • Upon completion of the course and completion of the evaluation process by the trainee, a certificate of completion of the course attendance will be sent in (PDF) format via e-mail. The certificate will not be sent without completing the evaluation process.

  • The trainer is not responsible for trainees' use of unlicensed programs that may not work as required.

  • The purpose of this course is to learn the program according to the course curriculum, and will not address device maintenance and solving problems downloading and installing the program.

Registration and Payment Terms

  1. The customer expressly waives his own standard terms and conditions, even if they are placed after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order for them to be valid, any exception must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.

  2. The full amount shall be paid at least 5 (five) business days prior to the agreed start date of the course.

  3. Some countries apply withholding at source on the invoice amount, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the Client to the tax authorities. AskMonther, LLC shall under no circumstances be involved in costs related to the legislation of a country. Accordingly, the invoice amount shall be due to AskMonther, LLC in full and shall not include any costs related to the legislation of the country in which the Client resides.

  4. AskMonther, LLC undertakes to do its utmost to provide high-performance services in a timely manner and in accordance with the agreed time frames. However, none of its obligations can be considered an obligation to achieve results. AskMonther, LLC shall under no circumstances be required to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages brought by the end consumer against the Client.

  5. The client may request to switch from one course to another at least ten (10) business days before the contracted course start date, by sending an email with a copy of their ID to registration@askmonther.com.

Refund Terms 

  1. If AskMonther, LLC cancels or postpones the agreed course so that the new date does not suit the customer, the customer has the right to claim a full refund of the amount due for the service.

  2. If the customer requests to cancel his subscription to one or more courses ten (10) business days or more before the start date of the course, AskMonther, LLC has the right to deduct 25% of the amount due and return the remaining amount.

  3. If the customer requests to cancel his subscription to one or more courses less than ten (10) business days before the start date of the course, AskMonther, LLC has the right to refuse to refund the amount and the full amount is considered due to AskMonther, LLC.

  4. To be accepted, any claim must be notified to AskMonther, LLC by email with a copy of the client's ID tofinances@askmonther.com within 10 days of the services being provided.

  5. All of our contractual relationships are governed exclusively by United States law.
