The trainee must provide a microphone and camera throughout the course as this helps increase interaction and communication between the instructor and trainees.
The trainee must provide two screens, one to follow the instructor's explanation step by step, and the second to work on the program step by step with the instructor.
Using a mobile phone to follow the instructor's screen is not allowed (a screen of at least 12 inches is preferred).
The trainee must install the required software for the course and ensure it is working before the course begins.
The team of AskMonther will upload course files (video, audio, images) to implement and follow up on course projects and send a link to download the files via email to each trainee 48 hours before the course starts; the trainee must ensure to download the files before the course begins.
If the trainee fails to complete the tasks assigned during the course, they will be denied a certificate of course completion.
The trainee is allowed to miss only one day of the course duration, and if they miss more than one day, the course will be canceled and the fee will not be refunded.
The team of AskMonther has the right to modify or postpone the date of one or more lectures due to circumstances beyond their control, provided that trainees are notified via email in a timely manner.
At the end of the course, a link will be sent to evaluate the course and the instructor; it is important to complete the evaluation.
Upon completion of the course and the evaluation process by the trainee, a certificate of course attendance will be sent in (PDF) format via email. The certificate will not be sent without completing the evaluation process.
The trainer is not responsible for the trainees' use of unlicensed programs that may not function as intended.
The goal of this course is to learn the program according to the established course curriculum, and there will be no discussion of hardware maintenance or troubleshooting installation and loading issues.
The client expressly waives their own standard terms and conditions, even if they are presented after these standard sales terms and conditions. To be valid, any exceptions must be expressly agreed upon in writing in advance.
The full amount must be paid at least five business days before the agreed-upon course start date.
Some countries apply withholding at the source on the invoice amount, according to their internal legislation. Any withholding at the source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances shall AskMonther, LLC be involved in costs related to the legislation of any country. Therefore, the invoice amount will be due to AskMonther, LLC in full and will not include any costs related to the legislation of the country in which the client resides.
The company AskMonther, LLC commits to making every effort to provide high-performance services in a timely manner according to the agreed-upon timelines. However, none of its obligations can be considered a commitment to achieve results. Under no circumstances shall AskMonther, LLC be required to appear as a third party in the context of any compensation claims brought by the end consumer against the client.
The client has the right to request a change of their subscription from one course to another at least ten (10) business days before the start date of the contracted course, and the request must be made via a letter sent by email toregistration@askmonther.com.
If the company AskMonther, LLC cancels the agreed course or postpones it in a way that the new date does not suit the client, the client has the right to request a full refund of the amount paid for the service.
If the client requests to cancel their subscription to one or more courses at least ten (10) business days before the course start date, the company AskMonther, LLC has the right to deduct 15% of the due amount and refund the remaining amount.
If the client requests to cancel their subscription to one or more courses less than ten (10) business days before the course start date, the company AskMonther, LLC has the right to refuse the refund, and the amount will be considered fully due to the company AskMonther, LLC.
To be accepted, any claim must be notified to the company AskMonther, LLCby a letter sent via email tofinances@askmonther.comwithin 10 days of the services being provided.
